Air Canada is providing good news for the pet lovers. Upcoming in July 1, 2009, they allowed their passengers to bring their pets in aircraft.
The pet is conditioned along with the withdrawal baggage. They will be charged extra USD 50 for domestic flights in North America or USD 100 for international flights.
In order not to disturb the other passengers, in each flight, there may only be a maximum of four pets. That also should be included in a waterproof container with a total maximum weight of 10 kilograms.
This innovative idea is triggerring special flight like Pet Airways, that will launched next month. Pet Airlines will only carry the pets like cats or dogs and routing across the five states of the United States for beginning. They will used a Beechcraft 1900 that can take up to 50 animals, two pilots, and a animal guard.
