Yesterday I met my old friend in Facebook, then we have chat, a very long chat about her new year holiday in Malaysia (it seems everyone I know have ‘visit Malaysia’ fever like Chessy did). She gave me story about her travel with her husband, it surprised me, usually she very fond to take tour package but this time they decided to went Malaysia on their own. What about the budget I asked them, and she told me as long as you not shopaholic, it is cheap.
They stayed in Bukit Bintang because it is close to the shopping center and there are many food seller with budget price, so you can enjoy the walk without being hunger. They always buy durian there, it’s their favorite fruit and they never skip this chance. The taste of durian of Malaysia is different than other, she said.
To reach Sunway Lagoon, there are many transportation that will take you there like MRT, bus, or taxi. But they choose taxi so they can go to the place direct. In here a lot of games and themes park that can be enjoy by everyone (hehehe.. you won’t remember your age anymore). But she reminds me that every Tuesday they closed for maintenance, only the mall, Sunway Pyramide, that will still open.
After having fun in Sunway, they continue their trip to Genting. In Genting, you must try some gambling games, she said. They win some lost more (wkwkwk…) thanks to the Genting Worldcard, so they can set the limit of the bet and get reward points too. The weather in Genting is cool (no wonder, because you go there in December), they suggested to have some soup at House of Soups, very healthy, tasty and help to overcome the cool.
