The two other palm-shapes hotels & resorts located in Dubai, UAE, (yes the first and the second, and maybe the fourth). They said that these concept started at May 2002, when the first resorts the Palm Jumeirah built and finish with 100 mansions on each palm frond, estimated capacity: 120,000 residents, built on land reclaimed from the sea, 32 hotels (including Trump International hotel), a water park, and a mono rail.

Here in the Palm Jumeira, you will find intereted places like The Burj al-Arab hotel and Ski Dubai – ski slope on desert.

Another island, the Palm Jebel Ali, is yet reclaimed finish and launched in 2008. It is located on the Jebel Ali coastal area of the emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This unique man-made palm-shaped island, that said became the medium-size islands from the first Jumeirah palm, will consist of a trunk, a crown with 17 fronds, and a surrounding crescent island that will form a water-breaker.

The largest of Dubai’s ongoing reclamation projects, that still being raised from the sea floor, is the Palm Deira. Nakheel (the real estate’s of the palm) claims that the Palm Deira will be the world’s largest reclaimed island, with more than one million people eventually living or working there. On October 2004, the annoucement of its development was issued. The Palm Deira will cover 14 kilometers (8.7 miles) in length and 8.5 kilometers (5.3 miles) in width and have an area of 80 square kilometers (861 million square feet). It will consist of residential property, marinas, shopping malls, sports facilities, and clubs. The residential area will be located on the fronds and will contain 8,000 two-storey town houses in three distinct styles – Premier Villas, Grand Villas and Vista Town Homes.
