main Only by looking at to this hotel’s design, has already make me imagine how to enjoy my vacation should be. The Golden Palm Tree Villas are the third palm-shaped villas in the world, located in Sepang Gold Coast that facing the Malacca Strait in Malaysia.

This resort will soon opened in 2009 (some of villages will launch this August 09) said developer Sepang Goldcoast Sdn Bhd is a joint venture of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB), the investment arm of the Selangor State Government, and Sepang Bay Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian arm of the Indonesia-based Istana Group. The Istana Group is is known for high-end projects in Bandung, Bali and Jakarta. The resort will be managed by the Hong Kong-based hotel management company Swiss-Belhotel International.

Like they say “An iconic resort development” that has five stars facilities to work and play, I will say it worth to visit and invest. By the way, it has great access to Malaysia’s gateway – the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (30 minutes away) – as well as the Sepang F1 Circuit (30 minutes), Putrajaya and Cyberjaya (45 minutes). The interconnectivity of the highways and rails render even KLCC a mere 75 minutes away.
